Madge is a native of Sylacauga and is a freshman at Sylacauga High School.  Her scholastic/career ambition is to become a forensic scientist. She is a member of the National Junior Honor Society, maintains a 4.0 grade point average, was recipient of the President's Award for Educational Excellence in 2006, and is named in Who's Who Among American Middle School Students.  She served as president of the National Junior Honor Society, was cheerleading captain 2008-2009, served on the Student Government Association 2005-2009, and was named Nichols-Lawson Middle School Outstanding Student 2008-2009.

Madge's platform is B.I.T. - Be Involved Today and is an advocate for volunteerism.

She performs classical piano.
